We specialize in classic car frame-off restorations. Our team starts at the frame and continues through the entire automobile, painstakingly disassembling, labeling, and storing before the process to rebuild the car begins. Our capabilities to build and customize a classic vehicle to the customer’s expectations and requirements are award winning and in demand. We work with our clients to bring their visions to life.

OUR STORY
HOW IT STARTED
Tim Duvall, the founder and owner of Visions Restorations, LLC, has had a life-long love of vintage American automobiles. He and his brothers could always be found in the garage, refining their car’s engine or appearance, getting ready for the next car show or just to improve the performance.
Tim worked part-time out of his home garage for family and friends for many years. Because of his passion for his work, it began to be more than a side-job – it was already taking up a considerable amount of his free time. During a conversation with his wife, Becky, he talked about his dream of restoring vehicles full time. Becky told him, “Do what you love,” and that’s when he took the leap of quitting his day job and making his dream a reality. Visions Restorations, LLC was born.
Tim had already earned a reputation for excellence and attention to detail, and before he knew it, his business was taking off. He would need to expand from his 3-car home garage into something much bigger. And he couldn’t do it alone.
In 2020 they broke ground on a 7,500-square foot facility, which included main mechanic and fabrication shop, a semi-down draft paint booth, and office. Finally, in April of 2021, he and his team of 4-5 skilled workers had room to maneuver. Although, as it turned out, they needed more room. So, within a year, the building was extended to include a 3000-square-foot body shop.

Tim Duvall
Tim had a vision to create the biggest, baddest hot rod shop in the midwest. His lifelong hobby has now turned into a full-time career and passion. Formerly a CAD/CAM designer/programmer machinist by trade. He is also a certified welder. He has transformed hundreds of vehicles into legacy vehicles to be enjoyed by families for generations.
Tim will be the first to tell you that he couldn’t do this alone. He has assembled a team of talented professionals, each bringing a specific set of skills to the builds.
